PENRITH, AUSTRALIA — Satake Australia Pty. Ltd. has reached an agreement in principle with Laucke Flour Mills Pty. Ltd for a significant remodel and upgrade of its facilities at Bridgewater in Loddon, Victoria, Australia.

This will be the first major contract for the Henry Simon brand in Australia and Oceania.

Satake Australia will engineer, supply and install Henry Simon brand roller mills, plan sifters, and other processing machinery. With this remodel and upgrade, Laucke is expected to achieve 250-tpd capacity on hard wheat and 220-tpd capacity on soft wheat.

“We thank Laucke for appreciating and putting their trust in Henry Simon and its high standards,” said Kenji Yamashita, president of Satake Australia. “We look forward to deepen our relation and partnership with Laucke and with other millers in Australia and Oceania.”
