Bühler merges Chinese flour services into new location

Ready for the grand opening ceremony of the new Bühler Bangsheng Food Ingredients Ltd. Co. in Guangzhou.
 

GUANGZHOU, CHINA — Bühler Flour Service business’ two sites in China have been merged into Bühler Bangsheng Food Ingredients Ltd. Co. at a new location in Guangzhou, Guangdong province, in southern China.

The grand opening took place on March 1 with numerous customers from the milling industry, partners and government officials. With this new location Bühler strategically invested in the increasingly value- and quality-oriented future of its Chinese customers, as Roy Gao, managing director of Bühler Bangsheng Food Ingredients, emphasized at the inauguration ceremony.

The new production facility is designed according to the latest food safety standards and guarantees full traceability of all ingredient mixes produced. The plants feature a high level of automation. In the new application center tailored flour ingredients solutions for flour improvement as well as innovative product concepts are developed with customers.

Specialized training courses will be held in the future at the facility’s state-of-the-art classrooms.
