Sweet adds customer service specialist

SPRINGFIELD, OHIO, U.S. — Sweet Manufacturing Company announced on June 25 the hiring of Lisa Gordon as its new customer service specialist.  Her responsibilities will include assisting customers worldwide with technical specifications and capabilities of products, answering customers’ questions about replacement and add-on parts for its existing products in the field, and helping customers with all aspects of their orders. Sweet said Gordon will demonstrate an important part of the Sweet sales team’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional customer service.  

Gordon is an established customer service professional with several years of proven sales and customer service experience in both domestic and international markets. She has previous experience in the fastener and automotive sectors, having worked for a leading fastener manufacturer
