Automation is further extended through computerized fabrication layout, control punching and robotic cutting and welding. Tramco conveyors are further enhanced with a paint system consisting of a five-stage wash and dry process and interior and exterior paint application. The parts are painted and oven-baked prior to assembly. Spare parts are also manufactured on site, which permits timely response for critical spare parts orders. Tramco also provides conversion services to update a facility.
