Behlen promotes Hiesterman to customer service coordinator

COLUMBUS, NEBRASKA, U.S. — Behlen announced in May that is has promoted Roger Hiesterman to customer service coordinator for ag. 

In this role, Hiesterman will serve as the communication link between Behlen and its ag customers. This includes coordinating customer orders and shipping schedules; responding to sales and service issues; providing technical information support; and working with purchasing to maintain a diverse supplier base. 

Hiesterman has more than seven years of experience at Behlen. He started with the company in inside sales. Most recently, he was inside sales and service/account manager for ag. 

Hiesterman has a bachelor’s of science degree in animal science and industry from Kansas State University.

“I hope to add to my knowledge of how the whole order process works, from order placement all the way through production, with the end result being a satisfied customer,” he said.
