Bühler awarded ServiceMark in U.K.

LONDON, ENGLAND — Bühler Ltd., the sales and service organization of Bühler Group in Great Britain, announced on Nov. 26 that it has been awarded the ServiceMark accreditation, which demonstrates that it is meeting the customer service standards as set by the Institute of Customer Service.
The accreditation consists of self-diagnosis, customer satisfaction measurement and independent assessment. It has enabled Bühler to prove it is working to high levels of customer service in all areas including: service quality and commitment, credibility and capability, continuity and consistency with a creative approach when necessary.
Bühler Ltd will now be included on the ServiceMark register. The accreditation is valid for three years.
