Muehlenchemie to present flour improvement methods at IBA

AHRENSBURG, GERMANY — Mühlemchemie GmbH will present its range of flour improvement methods and various new product developments at IBA 2003 in Düsseldorf, Germany, October 3-9. Its product program "ABC’s of Flour Treatment" has been revised and will be presented for the first time at IBA.

Titled "Flour Fine Tuning," the new program features an enlarged range of EnzymeSystems for different types of bakery products.

"There can hardly be any other additives segment that has had such a strong impact on industrial bakery product manufacture and flour standardization as the development and use of special-purpose enzymes for solutions to specific problems," Mühlemchemie said. The company offers mills around the world comprehensive flour treatment service, whether developing customized solutions or ready-mixed flours or monitoring/installing laboratory equipment. Mühlemchemie also hosts training courses and seminars at its new technology center.
