Mulino Stucky, a 19th century neo-Gothic flour mill and one of Venice’s most important landmarks, was severely damaged by fire in April.

The building, constructed in 1895 as a flour mill, was being restored and was to be used as a shopping mall and congress center on the tiny island of Della Giudecca, near Venice, northern Italy. The blaze appeared to be limited to the top floor and the wooden roof, firefighters said.
