Easier information from new website

ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA, U.S. The American Association of Cereal Chemists (AACC) has enhanced its website to make its wealth of grain-based food science information more readily available.

Changes include the addition of a permanent link to the monthly feature articles from AACC’s journal, Cereal Chemistry, along with a "Grain Bin" section that will house all past reports and special features that have appeared on the site. Members and nonmembers alike will now be able to access the table of contents for the widely used AACC Methods of Analysis along with the abstracts for the individual methods. Cereal Chemistry abstracts too, once available only to subscribers, will also become searchable for all users. Access to full text articles still requires an online subscription.

More changes are planned, including the addition of an all-site search and the site’s interactive capabilities will also be substantially improved, and users will be able to purchase AACC books, register for meetings, renew their membership, and even join online.
